Membership Details and Terms

Elite Membership
Membership application, background check and interview required for Adults.
The Elite membership level offers unlimited visits per month.
Membership pricing is subject to change. Pricing for advanced levels may also differ from foundational levels. Each additional membership of equal to or lesser value are eligible for discounts. The discount will remain in effect as long as more than 1 membership is active in the family.
If your first training day will take place after the 1st of the month, your first membership invoice will be prorated to reflect remaining calendar days in the month.
Your membership & automatic billing may be temporarily paused without penalty with written notice of a medical emergency or family emergency.

Membership Automatic Billing
A one time enrolment fee may apply. Your membership agreement will authorize a recurring charge to cover the cost of your Be Formidable LLC membership. Your credit card will be billed automatically every month, you may cancel anytime with written notice. (See cancelation terms)
The dollar amount charged will be based on the membership level you selected and the price of your membership is subject to change.
The automatic charges will reoccur on a monthly basis, on or around the 1st of each month. You will receive a electronic receipt for each charge.
Unused Classes
The Elite membership level provides unlimited monthly classes, therefore there is no need to track individual classes.
Membership Upgrading and Downgrading Terms
Elite membership level is the top tier membership level, as such there are no upgrades currently available.
Downgrading your membership can be done at any time. Moving from Unlimited to a per class membership level will require the tracking of unused classes.
Cancelation Terms
You may cancel your membership at anytime with written notice.
Please note that lack of attendance does not constitute a cancelation request.
Professional
Membership application, background check and interview required for Adults.
The Professional membership level offers 8 visits per month which equates to approximately 16 classes per month.
You may attended concurrent classes with the use of 1 visit. For example, beginning with 8 available visits, you attend the 9am and 10am sessions, which will use up one of your available visits leaving you with 7 available. If you return on the same day for 5pm and 6pm training, which were not concurrent with your earlier classes, this will use up a second daily visit, leaving you with 6 available visits.

Unused Classes You are not purchasing individual classes, the Professional membership tier offers a set limit for visits per month. These limits reset back to their initial value at the beginning of each paid month.

You may cancel your membership at anytime with written notice. All unused classes that you hold will no longer be valid upon cancelation and cannot be refunded.

Bravo Foxtrot Juliet
Membership application, background check and interview required for Adults.
With our Bravo Foxtrot Juliet (Be Formidable Junior), your child will be able to train an Unlimited amount each month in our kids Therio Fitness & Krav Maga programs.
About the Training: Defense + Fitness
Be Formidable’s Krav Maga program is Second to No One and is one of the most effective defense systems in the world. Purpose built for kids to defend against abductions and attacks using cutting edge pressure tested Be Formidable Krav Maga techniques and principals.
In addition to defense training, we incorporate fitness goals taken from our infamous Therio Fitness programs into your child defense training to increase their endurance, balance and strength.
The kids program is designed with 3 levels:
- Level 1 trains your child in general defense, ground survival and abductions defense.
- Level 2 trains your child in offense and combative striking.
- Level 3 merges the previous two levels plus ads advanced ground survival, hand to hand tactics and mild sparing.
This process helps safeguard your child and prepares them to learn the adult Krav Maga curriculum. Your child will learn from a highly skilled, experienced and certified Instructor.
